Excellent experience at this office. I recently moved to the area from the Midwest, leaving behind my dentist, whom I'd been seeing since I was 12 years old. I was very pleased with the my experience at this office - the staff are so friendly and very transparent about wait times, costs, and the procedures. I was taken aback that I essentially met every person in the office over the course of my appointment. That creates a really inviting feeling - especially since at my previous office, nearly everyone knew me and my family and we were all on a first name basis. Dr. Choi is very thorough, professional and kind. I needed a deeper cleaning, and it was a breeze. No pain, no issues. I have referred my mother to this office and I will be making an appointment for my husband soon. Looking forward to my next visit. Cheers!

Overall, the office is great! Anna and Christine at Reception are phenomenal. Dr. Lee and his Perio Assistant are also fantastic. They clearly explained my recommended short-term and long-term treatment plans, as well as the portions of treatments my insurance would cover. My only disappointment was with Dr. Kaur, who I saw for my initial visit. She left me waiting in the chair for half of my 1.5-hour appointment while she attended to other patients. I didn’t even receive the cleaning I’d scheduled on my first visit. She also had the receptionist book me for unnecessary services I hadn’t agreed to, which I then had to cancel pending a consult with Dr. Lee. If I hadn’t waited for Dr, Lee’s consult, I would have paid $1,000 out of pocket for treatment that wasn’t necessary.

As a first time patient, the staff and atmosphere were so welcoming. I transferred from a different clinic and was concerned about the process of getting my paperwork, xrays, etc in order. However, Dr. Choi and the team made the experience extremely smooth with great knowledge and expertise. Highly recommended!
